ASICS Women's GEL-Rocket 6 Volleyball Shoe

I've now purchased several pairs of Asics Volleyball shoes to play outdoor tennis. The shoes seem to fit accurately to size. I have a wider ball and toe width, and these seem wide enough for me [no numb toes as some other brands]. With 3-4 days of play per week I think the wear has been excellent, which was my initial concern since volleyball is often played on a smooth surface. The mesh exterior breathes well, so my socks haven't been overly "swampy" at the end of play. The heel grip seems to be well designed, and doesn't pull the back of my no-show socks down into the shoe like some do. I love the sole configuration, very advanced and great for court sports [built up side soles] where you have a lot of side-to-side/ stop motion as ROLL PROTECTION IS MOST CRITICAL!I would buy again... and I have- in other colors.

I have always liked asics and after trying multiple other brands, I have come back to these. I find asics volleyball shoes to be the best shoes for in home workout videos like T-25, Turbofire or Les mills combat. I think they're even better than many of the cross training shoes I've tried. They are great for support, lateral movement and are well padded in the ball of the foot for jumps. Plenty of cushion, support and room in the toe box.

Bought these for my 6th gr. daughter. She loves that they are not just white and black. I love that they fit. We are big footed women and live in a small town, so it is often hard to find the right fit and style. With my prime membership i received them in 2 days time.They were very much what I had expected. The price was very affordable, and the volleyball player loves them!

I read other reviews before I purchased. I ordered a 7.5 and I can fit a 7. Initially when I tried them on I thought crap tight. Most reviews said they ordered either a size or a half size larger. I did the half size. Like I said they felt tight but I also adjusted the strings. The mesh alone around the front of your foot is awesome because that alone with strench. I decided to give them a try on the volleyball court and I loved them! Best shoes I have purchased. I had nike vball shoes for years and the last pair always bruised my toe. I set and run around a lot quick starts and stops and I will get me another pair!!! For the price they are a great shoe.

Shoes were a little narrow, but not too bad. Overall fit was pretty good. Shoe is lightweight and my daughter really likes the styling. Quality appears to be good. Typical of an Asics product. Through a week of practice she is happy with them.

This is my daughters first year playing club volleyball (12s team) so practicing 3x's/week meant I need to get her more than just 'sneakers'. The coach recommended ASICS or Mizuno's, but while researching I was also looking for a price I could digest (other than the price I just pay for club volleyball). Ordering shoes online is risky, so I took extra precautions and used a tape measure to get my daughters exact foot size. (Thank goodness ASICS has 'cm' as a unit of measurement on their sizing chart). She was 24cm so just to be safe we ordered 25cm (which is a size 8) since we wanted a little room for socks and expansion. The shoes arrived on time and the fit was absolutely PERFECT and exactly what we expected. Not only perfect, but my daughter loves the way they feel and after playing in them a few times so far, she loves the way they feel on the court! ASICS, we'll be back again next season!

I had a shoe that was really for running and the sole edges would catch on the gym floor. This is made for indoor courts with a rounded edge sole. Very comfortable shoe and breathes well. I bought a second pair to store for when this wears out for the price was right and finding really comfortable shoes like this can sometimes be difficult. Love the silver/black/hotpink color.

My 13 year old plays club volleyball and was required to purchase white volleyball shoes (she had black) for team cohesiveness. We were going to head to a local volleyball store when I saw this on Amazon. We decided to take our chances without trying on at a store. They fit perfect, comfortable and the price is excellent AND because we have Amazon Prime it got to our house before her first practice!
