The clock has been great! Surviving the high desert winter weather. Recently the App has not been working but customer support has been actively trying to identify our issues to help resolve. Still impressed with how well this clock consistently performs. Just Recently ordered their new carry bag. Still works with remote though bluebtooth allows more flexibility. Customer service is fast and engaged.

Great timer, easy to see from a distance. Have used for both count down and count up functions. Only issue is that the remote responsiveness seems to lag a bit.

Very simple to use! Initially, this clock wouldn't do one of the few things that I wanted, which was to be able to set a "count up" from a custom number, i.e. start counting up from 2:00, not just 00. I couldn't get it to work even though I tried the directions. But I went through the steps of asking the seller and while it took a couple of days, they responded with clear instructions of what seems like some sort of reprogramming. I did what they said and it works like a champ!

I suspect it would be okay on a track, we used it on a cross country course and it was not ideal. The wind blew it over easily, and once that happened it did not function properly.

Worked great for our 5k run event

On my third use, after maybe 5 hours of total operation, the device malfunctioned. After contact Amazon tech support they refunded my purchase amount and sent the return info. Too bad about the device itaself but was glad to see such a high level of customer support from Amazon.
