Dried Minced Garlic 9.6oz.

I don't cook enough to use a whole head of garlic before it begins to go bad...so for me, the dried and then reconstituted before cooking is less wasteful, with a good, strong flavor. I contacted the company and was told 1 tsp (teaspoon = 1 clove of garlic). I put the desired amount of garlic in a small container, pour just enough microwaved hot water to cover the garlic, place a lid on the container to let the garlic become reconstituted. I love the flavor and the convenience of this garlic; and I'm ordering my second jar today.

This is a great product. I rehydrated with a little water and kept in a small container for up to 3 days in my refrigerator. Much better than "jarlic." I still prefer fresh, but in a pince, happy to have this in my pantry.

The best garlic would be fresh but when that's not possible this is the best. The flavor is very good and of course it's very easy to use. I put it in everything that calls for garlic.

I bought this because the price for the size! I like garlic flavored almost everything. I use this in mayo and let it sit so the garlic softens and I can use this spread for sandwiches and to canned tuna or canned chicken. I usually throw a bunch in some oil and kosher salt before I make fried garlic rice. So many uses in dressings, soups and stews. Like having this big bottle of goodness in my pantry.

Good potency. Dehydrated garlic still has a nice flavor. Couldn’t be easier. Good value. Better than other non-clove choices.
