Only thing bad is the price for the amount but it is delicious

I topped some water crackers with the artichoke and almond spread. Normally I love jarred artichokes and put this on the side of some cheeses for a snack. The texture was good and spreadable. I ate a sample before and after tasting some cheese. Both times I felt like the flavor was a bit weak. It deformity tastes like artichoke but it’s missing something. Compared to jarred artichokes hearts, I’d say this has less salt and less acid (like a vinegar or lemon). With a touch more seasoning of some kind this will be much better.

For someone else, I'm sure it's wonderful. Neither husband nor I liked it. But I was looking for comparisons of artichoke dip so it was a worthwhile experiment. Don't rule it out if you're doing taste comparisons, too. Your taste might be different than ours.
