I purchased 2 sets of these to replace dead batterys in two of my playstation 3 controllers. The pictures do not show it, however they also come with the correct playstation USB cables also. By fitting these new batteies it increased my previous capacities from 400mAh and 600 mAh to 1800mAh which has resulted in far longer play times and also the charge lasts really well so far. The replacement process is really really easy consisting of only taking the 6-8 screws out the back of the controller and separating the controller chassis - Just be careful of the L1 and L2 buttons on reconstruction. Battery easy to fit and lasts a long time. Charging lead failed on second charge but not a big issue as I already had lead and I was only ordering it for the battery.

I would give no stars if there was this option as it doesnt deserve any unfortunatley. It came on time, nicely packaged and fitted really well. It was charged already but once the charge has finished, that was it! It never recharged and that applied to both battries. Tried different chargers but was the same. Amazon refunded the money but it was a total waste of time!

Allowed me to get my old PS3 controller working like new. My old PS3 controller battery only allowed my to use the controller for about 10 minutes before it needed charging. This replacement battery has put the runtime back to hours!! The replacement is a bit fiddly so I’d recommend watching a you tube video to make sure you get the top triggers lined up when putting the case back together

Got my PS3 out of storage to find my rechargeable battery wasn't so rechargeable anymore. Bought this little guy and swapped over easily in about 5 mins. Not let me down at all and seems to last longer than the old one.

Perfect. Arrived in good time. Easy to fit once you watched a few tutorials online. Did what it said on the tin. Thought my pad was dead and done but a new battery later it’s all good.

These worked at the start. We've now had less than 6 months, using irregularly, and 1 won't charge, the other is likely to go soon. Managed to arrange a return via Amazon Customer Service but because it's batteries it couldn't go through the usual return process, instead arranging our own shipping and getting that refunded afterwards.... Really slow and faffy. Consider this when buying - it might be fine but if it stops working then you'll be in for a world of pain with the returns process.

Few days ago my ps3 headset I still use for ps5 doesn't charge anymore, I order this battery and replace the headset battery with this one I order IT WORK PERFECTLY(connecter is the same). The difference between the original LIP1472 and this one , is this one will work more longer between every recharge. The seller should add in his description this battery work with the PS3 headset. Really happy with this product.

Se ensamblo muy facil, control la acepto sin problemas

I had no problem replacing my old battery with the new one. This battery is cheaper than buying a new PS3 controller and works perfectly.
