No regrets!
Ordered this a while ago and this laptop does the job. Perfect for my son who does virtual school and is pretty much on it most of the days out of the year. Good quality, long lasting battery, doesn't overheat and light weight. No issues with slowing down and has enough memory on it too. For the price, it is well worth it. 100% happy with this purchase.

Bought it for my mom and she loves it.
Got this computer for my mom and she loved it. Very simple to use and the battery lasts a long time. For someone that is just doing simple things and browsing the internet, paying bills etc... This is a great little computer.

Died after 3-4 months.
I got this in early November, 2023. I needed something that wasn’t too expensive but had more than the basic 4gb of RAM. it arrived and seemed to be decent. The first thing I didn’t like is the internal solid state drive has enough capacity for the operating system and that’s about it. You can’t barely install any other software without the drive filling up. For what I needed at the time, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, but still not preferable. The speed was ok — better than the last one I had with only 4gb of RAM, that was so slow it was basically useless.Fast forward to February 18, 2024. It shows an error message that it needs to restart. Now it won’t start up at all. It tries to go into recovery but can’t fix itself. Thankfully I created a recovery drive shortly after I bought it but this is WAY too soon to be having to have to look at wiping a drive clean and reinstalling software. The return period, of course, expired two weeks ago, so I’m out of luck with probably a nice white paperweight. I’m not entirely thrilled. It may be a lower end, inexpensive (but still not the most basic model) laptop but it’s still hard earned money wasted on a product that lasted three months. It’s very likely I lost everything I had saved on the internal drive. I cannot recommend this. And if you do choose this — be sure to purchase a dedicated 64gb thumb drive and use it to make a recovery drive as soon as you get it.Update to October 2024 - it’s now been three times that the internal solid state drive has “crashed” to the point where it won’t start and just continuously restarts itself or just goes to a black screen, or eventually goes to a recovery screen. Third time that I’ve lost everything and had to factory recover it.Long story short, if you’re getting this laptop, be sure to get an additional 64GB thumb drive with it and make it a recovery drive immediately when you get the laptop because that will be your only way to recover and reinstall Windows if and when the internal drive glitches out! And don’t store any important documents on the internal drive with its failure rate. This is awful.October 2024 update #2 - even after doing a recovery, the laptop still will not boot. A second attempt at a recovery fails. I now have a very large paperweight that only lasted 11 months. You’d be better off taking out $300 in cash and running it through a paper shredder than spending it on this product.

Speed
I was looking for a laptop that wouldn't be too pricey and worked well. This laptop does the job. The only problem I have with it is the speed. It's a bit slow for what I'm used to but I guess you pay for what you get... I had no laptop at the moment so I cannot really ask for much given the price and memory. At least it is decent looking, light weight, very comfortable keyboard, and gets the job done. That's why I gave it a rating of 4 stars.

Not a good laptop
This is my second one since 2023 and there has been something wrong each time. The battery is stuck on 5% now and won’t charge. This always seems to happen right before I’m about to start a new semester. Super frustrating.
