Great for arch support.
These are so nice that I bought them a second time. I like them to already be in my sneakers when I select the pair I want to wear on any given day, rather than taking them in and out of each pair of sneakers. The arch is firm and the toe has a bit more cushion than the ones that are twice the price that I used to buy. (Power Step). Without these inserts, my feet hurt after just a few hours of daily walking around the house or shopping. I got a size 10-101/2 for my size 91/2 and 10 sneakers because my toes tend to slip forward and I do not like to feel the top ridge of the inserts. My podiatrist suggests I trim the top if they are too long because I need the width at the toe box. I have not yet trimmed the tops though because they fit all my sneakers so fat.

Perfect for When You're Not a Kid Anymore
I swear by these. I've tried other brands but keep coming back to this exact style. I have low arches and arthritis in one knee. When I worked 12 hours shifts, these kept me going. When I'm going to be prancing around in Converse or Rothys all day, they are coming with me. I'm excited to be able to stay stylish and support my posture. I have no knee pain when these are inserted.

Good item
I'm rating it a 4 because it doesn't have as high an arch support as my PowerStep Pinnacle. For the price though it's good for my shoes that I go out for a few hours in the evening that don't require a whole day of walking. I guess I'm just used to a higher arch. It appears sturdy and that it will last longer than cheap cushion inserts.

Good foot support
These shoe inserts fit exactly as the size chart states, so measure your foot and you should get the right size. Be careful, though....you should gradually acclimate yourself and only wear them a few hours a day and work your way up. I didn't do that on the first day I wore them, and for a few days after my feet, knees, and back were really hurting. They change your whole posture so you need to get used to them. My feet feel better now that I've slowly increased the wear time. They are well made and so far, they help my foot pain.

Great support
These inserts are comfortable l, and have helped a great deal for support and for plantar fascists. I have purchased a few pairs to keep moving one from shoe to shoe, but they are an easy move if you choose to work with one. Mainly I prefer to keep them updated, and not wear down so they are not doing what they are meant to do.

Love these insoles!
These insoles are comparable to a similar product that is much more expensive. The insoles are firm and fit my small foot perfectly. I wear a size 6-6.5 and am a size 6. They were slightly long but can easily trim to fit. These are the best insoles I have found after trying many. Great for pronation problems.

I think it working, time will tell
I think it's working. I definitely seems to have less foot pain. I've been using it for about a week now. My feet seem to be sliding up and down more within the shoe probably because of the increased height in my shoe or I'm not used to having better support in my shoe. The size was perfect, no need to order up or down a size. I did not have to remove my old insole, which is good because I probably couldn't get it out anyway, it was in pretty bad shape, very flat.

Small feet with planter Fasciitis
I bought one pair and tried them out first. Turned around and bought two more pair for my other shoes. Friday was the first test part time night job) and my feet felt nearly normal lol. Today was the big test - day job at a warehouse. I’m a please to report that the stabbing glass/needle pain in my heels was gloriously absent! Feet got tired but that I expect as normal - the planter Fasciitis pain pretty much null and void! A short twinge here and there, but I’m going to call this a win! Also, I have really small feet. The small size of this product fit perfectly into my size 4.5 shoes after removing the original insoles and fit just as perfectly in my one pair of size 6.
