I purchased these for my 84 year old mom who was taking a road trip with my sister to visit family in Colorado. She was nervous about the elevation and less oxygen so I purchased these more for her peace of mind than anything - however, she actually did use them every so often. She said it helped. Having said that, the cans arrive and feel completely empty. - Oxygen has no weight. A little un-nervey at first. The top of the can has a type of 'mask' you can hold to your mouth while easily pressing on the 'trigger.' Oxygen delivered. Breath deeply and slowly. She believes it really helped just using it every now and then. I have to believe her. The ad states there are about 225 breaths in each can. I purchased this brand as it seemed the best reviewed, the most breaths per can and the shape of the top. Ease of use was important too. I would feel comfortable purchasing this brand again. American Red Cross. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Seems like it loses pressure after the first use. Worked great the first time and used a couple days later and I noticed the pressure was a less. Used it again a few days later and barely have any pressure left in the can. The air has no taste and very easy to use fitting comfortably around my mouth, even with a beard. I don’t notice any energy difference, but only one breath at a time is probably not going to be that noticeable. Thought it would be good for use after being in a smoky environment like a bar in Florida. Not worth the price if I can only get a couple of breaths out of a whole can. After posting my initial review, the seller contacted me addressing this issue. Hopefully it was a one time incident with the product and doesn’t happen again, but I do commend the seller for making it right. I’m therefore adjusting my review from one star to four stars for the seller contacting me and addressing my concern. I will definitely give this product another chance.

I am 77 years old and when I go to the Appalachians to hike and get at or above 4000 ft, I start feeling tired and easily worn out. The oxygen refreshes me and keeps me going. One of the best things about this product is that it does not have a scent. Most other oxygen products do have a scent. This is a great product for when you get winded and need a boost.
