Well made, fun.
Nb. You get one item.I bought extras as pictured. It comes semi inflated (not all squashed like a stability balls) and with a small pump that quickly firms it up.I am rather lazy with exercise, therefore will see how this goes as seems fun to bounce to health and stabilise the core and other muscles. My aim is at least 10minutes of intense .The red ones are the smaller size, there is also the larger size (the grey one pictured) which I only realised after. They are both good but you get more room with the larger and feel the wobble.I am reviewing the red small one:Really like it, feels solid and well made. The red I bought is the smaller size.I have used it as a stepper, bouncing on and off, landing and laughing fit the fun of it.It doesn't jump as high as a trampoline but has a bounce. You can turn it upside down for balance training/ stabilisation as well .With the extras, I put another red one on top of the other and managed to carefully balance standing on top without falling off as the stack is surprisingly stable even then. Can also use as a bouncy stepper, my calves were hurting next day and got out of breath doing bouncy step. The larger is more challenging due to bigger size and have to step higher. When I stacked the three on top of each other (the grey and two red) this made a surprisingly very good and stable seat you could work from and we ( i.e, the stack and the human) did not topple off at any point and I could feel muscles stabilising and I was even able to place my feet on the grey base.I think there's also an exercise DVD , sold separately. For now I'm happy bouncing about. Will update.
