I have purchased One Number acer 100 cm (40 inches) I Pro Series Full HD Smart LED Google TV AR40FDIGU2841AT (Black) through amazon on 20-02-2025 @ Rs. 15999/- WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 24-02-2025. I am writing my opinion after watching this TV TODAY 903-03-2025. My observations are as follows: 1) Picture Quality 8/10. if Sony gets 10/10 & LG/Samsung gets 9/10, it is obvious acer TV gets 8/10 with limited budget / affordable price. Overall picture quality is very good. I avoid dynamic contrast off, since it makes some artificial image. Standard Mode is enough to enjoy realistic appearance of objects. 2) Sound - 10/10. I think Sound quality may be best in comparison to other branded TV manufacturing company in India. 3) Storage Capacity - 16 GB. I found ROM is 8 GB, but acer representative showed me in TV Manager App, ROM is 16 GB. Some buyers commented that they are cheated by acer since they found ROM is 8 GB instead of 16 GB in their acer tv. This statement is incorrect. 4) lagging while operating found as found by others users / buyers are seems to be correct, but it is obvious. Since RAM is only 1.5 GB it is expected to have lag in operation. Most smart mobile phone now a days have more than 4 GB RAM. I am not bother to meet lagging issue, since in this budgetary TV we are with facilitated GOOGLE TV with Android 14. 5) Value for money 9/10. 6) operation of remote and TV - 9/10. 7) Customer care Support - 10/10. Though while purchasing it was not mentioned that acer representative will come to attend free demo and Installation. But I received Phone call from acer representative just the day after delivery of TV. The guy came to my residence as mutually agreed time and date. his behavior is good and friendly. 8) There is no issue for WIFI , Bluetooth connectivity. 9) Value for money - 10/10

I usually trust Amazon and have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. But this purchase has been my worst experience so far. I want to share the full story so other buyers know what they are getting into. The Product – Acer 43" TV (AR43GR2851UDFL): Within just 7 months, the TV developed a serious issue – vertical lines on the display. Even before that, the TV malfunctioned twice, where it became completely unresponsive and had to be restarted to work again. This should not happen in a premium smart TV. Clearly, the build quality and reliability of this model is highly questionable. The Service Experience (Acer): Acer’s Hathras service center representative (Mayur) was unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude. Instead of visiting my home to inspect the issue (as per warranty terms), he kept stalling me with excuses and forced me to send photos/videos over WhatsApp. He even said I could “avoid his hassle and visit” if I just sent media files. He called multiple times from WhatsApp, avoided normal calls, gave invalid reasons, and at one point even mocked me by saying my “ego is hurt.” Completely unacceptable for an official service rep. For over 10 days, no technician visited, and Acer kept dragging the matter without resolution. Amazon’s Role: I escalated to Amazon. Executive Relations (Divya) did respond, but mostly asked me to wait endlessly while Acer provided no updates. Calls were missed, follow-ups delayed, and I was mentally exhausted chasing both Acer and Amazon for something that should have been straightforward: a defective product return/replacement. Only after firm warnings and stating I’d take legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, Amazon finally offered me the option for a return/refund. My Verdict: The product is unreliable. A TV should last years, not just months. Acer’s after-sales service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Instead of support, I got excuses, arrogance, and harassment. Amazon was slow to act and initially tried to ease me instead of fixing the issue, which felt like they were just buying time. Advice to Buyers: If you’re considering this Acer TV, think twice. The hassle, the stress, and the waste of time are not worth it. A TV is a long-term investment, and you deserve peace of mind, not daily arguments with unprofessional service centers. I am now returning this TV, but this whole saga has been an exhausting lesson: don’t get lured by specs and price – reliable service matters more.

Value for money product, UI is little lag but video quality, sound everything is good. Compared to other brands this is a very good TV.

Acer TV is good quality. Working well. It's been 1 year I'm using. As of now no complaints. As well sound is very good and picture quality too.

I am writing the review after one and half years for a specific reason. The picture quality of the tv was excellent and specially the detailing and colour's. I have Samsung 43" 4k tv also in my house all findings are with respect of this particular tv. But unfortunately after one year 3 months suddenly I noticed one black patches on left side bottom corner which started increasing and within 2 months Picture tube conked off. This was a unfortunate part I contacted Acer Service center which is managed by third part after visiting the service person informed me that Picture tube is damaged it has to be replaced . He contacted his office and told me that it will be replaced free of cost as it is under 2 years warranty. He asked me to wait for 2 weeks as this particular model is no more in market. I waited for two weeks and one again contacted the person and service center. They informed me it is not available you have to wait. I contacted them after another 10 days and I was told i have to wait. Suddenly after another two weeks I was informed that if I want to replace the picture tube I have to pay 26000 Rs for replacement I declined for the payment. I asked them I was told 2 years warranty for picture tube why you are asking for money. Service center informed me for this tv picture tube warranty is one year. After 2 months of hassle I decided to discard this Acer TV and I request Acer Company Acer products are not reliable at all and I believe they failed in couple of other product also. In my opinion it is one of most unreliable product not to be purchased for long usage
