I love the compact size of this cute little printer! The setup was very straightforward with simple instructions and support resources. The package came with some labels and a USB-C to USB-A dongle connector. I do wish it was direct USB-C connectivity so there would be no dongle needed, but the fact that they considered including the adapter is much appreciated. I myself did not try the desktop version of the software, and instead I used there mobile version of the app to print form my iPad. The app navigation is very barebones and simplified, but its simplicity makes the setup process quick and easy. The app even has a link for tutorial videos and live support to help. There are the options of opening up existing documents or images, or creating within a template. When creating with a template, there are no filters to better organize the different label types, so you’ll have to search up the type of label or scroll through the endless options. I wish that was more convenient, but once you’re in the template designer, you can add your own text, images, shapes, and even create barcodes or QR codes. The latter two seem super useful to truly customize the labels printed. The printer’s speed is nice and quick, and the results are clear. I tested the printer with digital sketches of my friend’s art to test the DPI, and I will say it’s not 300DPI. Though it’s still crisp enough to get some fine details and smaller text. However, unlike some other thermal printers, this printer is not able to print in grayscale. To print shipping labels and text, this isn’t necessary at all, but just in my niche testing example, I wanted to see if it was possible. The alignment for the most part seems to be straight, but it does slightly slant. It was able to print the entire image without cutting anything off. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this printer! For creating shipping labels and other text labels, it’s really easy to use. I’m looking forward to using this more!

In 2021 I purchased a Black Phomemo M02s to print notes, stickers and labels on the go. This year I was gifted an upgrade - The Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer Inkless, 241BT. Overview of Design and Build: Style: Mint and White Approx LWH: 2.5 x 8 x 3.5 Highlight Features: Lightweight Bluetooth to an extent - I have yet to attain that capability via my MacBook. Quick and High Quality Printing Ease of Use: It was pretty easy to use. The only issue I incurred was understanding the different paper types it takes before purchase. The Label Life program like anything takes some getting use to. It’s a little inconvenient to download an additional app and not be able to use Phomemo but we’ll live. Room for Improvement: Wireless Feature - I wish more than anything that this had a charge and go option; it would help to reduce power and eliminate the consistent need of the bulky powerchord. I would have liked to see it come with a paper roll holder in the box as well. When changing the paper BE CAREFUL the paper head does not stay in place it will slam down if you don’t hold it. Price and Value for Money: Overall price for value it’s worth it. Again it’s a little inconvenient with that bulky wall plug considering I’m use to my super portable wireless one. I’m looking forward to using this for quick logo prints, QR Codes, Notes and Freebie Stickers.

In the middle of moving, i didn't want to miss out on shipping out orders for my business, but my reg rollo was packed away with my computer. So i bought this blue tooth one to use on the go. It's great, you just download your shipping labels to your phone and then send it to the printer through their app. my only complaint is that i wish it didn't need a special app but the app is easy to use and have no issues with using it at all. Def recommend and would totally recommend to people to purchase. In fact i did recommend it to a stranger at the post office when he was asking questions about the shipping labels.

This printer has been awesome for the last two years and is continuing to be! Easy to use. I did have a question about how do print transparent labels so I contacted customer service and they helped me figure it out. Perfection.

Smooth printer! App is easy to navigate! Easiest way is to print pdf! Love the size and it connects to devices easily! Overall amazing product!

I’m not one to write reviews but I am for this. I bought this one because it’s one of the cheapest on Amazon. I will say I’ve had it for a while with no issues and it’s easy to use, but randomly one day it just stopped working. The light always turns blue indicating it’s ready to print and it just suddenly turned red one day and stopped working. I reached out to their customer support which is supposedly live, but still haven’t received any message back. So disappointing. Just spend a little extra money on a better quality one, it will be worth it in the long run.
