No customer service. Please do not buy this product. I bought this product along with orient products and orient is working well and this product has been problematic since first month. Not value for money. This product can not be considered as premium product considering its after sales service.

The ceiling fan I purchased is fantastic! It’s stylish, super quiet, and efficiently circulates air, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The installation was straightforward, and the multiple speed settings are perfect for adjusting the airflow. Highly recommend this ceiling fan for its performance,value and look!

Packaging was good and delivery on time. Working perfectly fine. However, bulbs should have been provided by seller.

The fan makes zero noise, is very beautiful and Works supremely fast. I was looking for a fan with amazing airflow, great looks and great performance for my living room. This is a complete value for money product and the best part is when the product was installed the electrician informed me this has lesser energy consumption than other brands BLDC fans. This product is just amazing.

The day I installed I had problems - There was a rubbing noise with Speed 2&3. I wanted to return but the seller suggested to raise a complaint. A complaint was raised but nobody attended even after 48 hours. I was using the fan in Speed-1 and all of a sudden it started running at full speed. There was no way to control from the remote. I decided to return and raised a return request. Note: 1. It’s a single star BEE rated fan not worth the price. 2. The seller was very helpful and tried to address the issue. 3. Polycab after sales is the worst I have experienced. 4. Please don’t go for it though it has been designed aesthetically well.
