This supplement really helps cleaning your urinary tract naturally. We didn't experience any side effects.

I like this supplement for urinary health, however I found the powder version of this works way better, mixed into a little water it’s way more efficient and easy to get down than the pills and also works faster. So yes, this brand is great and the pills work for occasional preventative care however for me taking it daily or sometimes twice daily the powder is cheaper and more efficient. Just depends on preference however this brand is fabulous and I think it’s very high quality some D mannose supplements give me a stomach ache and this does not. Effective for UTI prevention and urinary health if I feel a UTI coming on I drink 1 tsp in 4-5oz water and continue to stay hydrated either 1X or 2X a day it truly works. It also dissolves easily and has minimal taste. If you have UTIS and get them easily I highly suggest this, it’s kept me out of the ER and keeps me healthy and prevents having to be on repeat antibiotics if your consistent with it.

Must have when feel UTI coming on. These work so fast.
