Absolutely Love This, but I don't think the postman Or woman realise it's not going to be emptied by the post office, it looks soo real and my post still gets put through the door....

Lock was faulty, paint flaking off the top.Emailed them to send me a replacement lock and touch up paint to save having to send it back and I didn’t even get a reply .

Ordered and delivered on time. Looks great and easy to install, however the front where the writing of the ‘collection times’ sits is behind a piece of clear plastic that is not sealed and as such when it rains, water is able to get in and has got the ‘paper’ wet. I did contact the seller to ask for a replacement however they did not respond and I have had to seal the edges of the plastic with some clear silicon to stop the water ingress. For the price and function of the item you would expect this to have been sealed so that water was unable to get in. If you intend to use this inside/under cover then it should be fine, however if you place it where it is exposed to the elements, be prepared for the ‘paper’ to get wet.

On first impressions it’s lovely. However after just a few weeks it’s going rusty on top and around the key hole. So very disappointed. It is obviously not as weather durable as described. Not sure who to contact to address these issues.

Great for post but we use it as a key drop box for guests. Hanging is a bit fiddly as you need to open the door to get a good strong purchase on the screws and washers to fix the unit internally. Its problematic when you have a heavy door swinging about. You could do with about 5 hands but when its on its on.
