Outstanding Purchase
This is an EXCELLENT product. In particular, I like that there is no interior plastic that comes into contact with the boiling water. That differentiates this product for me from other brands. I’ve used this product extensively now since my recent purchase and really like it. No issues at all. You can’t go wrong with this product. It is top notch and well worth it. It’s also much much quicker than boiling water on a stovetop using a gas stove, which is what I’ve always done previously before buying this product.

Highly recommend. Excellent product
Unbelievably efficient. I don’t know how I lived without it. Looks attractive and high end. Easy to grip and pour. Love that the light switch goes off when water is boiled so you know when it’s ready. Water stays hot for a while after it shuts off. Top is attached and flips up by a tap with your thumb. Excellent design and product.

Cosori brand. Well made.
Quality made, sturdy appliance. It's quick and easy to use thanks to the widely opening top that lets you fill it easily. 1.7 is a large capacity. It's a long lasting stainless steel color kettle. Boils water quickly with no taste other than, well, water. Functions as intended.

Many pluses but two distinct design flaws
Critically, this an all steel kettle. No plastic touching the water to be boiled every day for years and the infused water consumed by humans (those little plastic "water level" windows in kettles should be completely done away with). Heats quickly and turns off like clockwork as soon as the water hits boiling. Brings water to a full boil (essential for good brewing). Five stars for all this. This kettle obviously was designed to look sleek and modern - and it does. In the process of that they ruined the spout by not making it deep enough. Obviously didn't want it protruding too much. Now, when you try to make a full pour, boiling water sloshes out the sides of the spout. Putting form over function is so dumb. They should fix this starting tomorrow. Another, though less important, design flaw is that there is no knob on the lid (sleek though). Sometimes you need to open the lid fully just after it's boiled and everything is still hot. The thumbpress on the handle will release the lid but not always open it all the way (it doesn't seem to be meant to) so, absent a knob on the lid, you have to push it fully open by the (often hot) edge of the lid, not terribly inconvenient, but not ideal. This tea kettle would be better for a knob on the lid. I was suspicious about this hole (see pic) in the water cannister, top rear, but hasn't caused any concerns and I've made 4 pots of tea per day with it for months now. I guess it is to allow any water that gets inside the plastic outer shell to get steamed out. Great hot water kettle but could easily be better.

Excellent kettle, fast boiling and no plastic taste
This is a fantastic electric kettle and easily one of the best I have used. It boils water very quickly and quietly, which is perfect for everyday use. I really like that there is no plastic on the inside, as it gives peace of mind and there is no plastic taste at all in the water. The stainless steel design looks clean and modern, and it feels very well made. The handle is comfortable to hold, the lid opens smoothly, and pouring is easy without spilling. It also shuts off automatically once the water has boiled, which is great for safety. Overall, this is a high-quality kettle that works exactly as expected. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed electric kettle.

Good quality plastic free kettle
Excellent quality, slim look, and easy to use. No plastic inside, and no smell from the first time boiling. Boiling is fast, it takes 5 minutes on the first try. There are screws inside - I will see if they will develop any rusting and give an update. So far it's a good product that's very worth the cost.

Great Electric Kettle
We just purchased this to replace one we had for 10 years. It is very quick to heat the water, even when it’s full. The auto shut off is great. Cord can be short or long, you can wrap it under the head pad which is nice. The only issue I have is the lid doesn’t open all the way so when I wash it, it’s hard to rinse it out. We fill from our faucet so there’s no issue filling it but I can imagine it would be a problem filling it from a fridge. All in all, great kettle!

Awesome 4 month kettle
Dec 3’19 UPDATE: After no luck reaching out for help with troubleshooting.. I gave up and bought another kettle. But as soon as I did this one started working again. No clue, glitch? I did see the lid separate from the lip of the lid, so when the kettle was boiling it didn’t read the temperature right and boils longer than it’s initial boil time and the steam was stronger and coming out of the gap. It got too hot and popped off? I dont know really. Not brand new, got a used one? There was a chip in the top lid where the lid was so maybe it eventually steamed apart. Maybe it was dropped when packaged? If the reviews are for design and functionality, I’d say this is a good enough kettle. But for lack of customer service, I deducted a star ⭐️. Oct 16’19 UPDATE: the Cosori just stopped working. It worked fine 2 days ago. That’s only 4 months! Of course the window for a return in out. June 2019 - This is my 2nd attempt to owning an electric kettle. 1st order was the Amazon brand which I opened and used as soon as I received it and it failed (leaked) in the spout and handle area. So I immediately researched again, read more of its user reviews.. then went back to my list of 3-4 potentials and chose this newer Cosori. For a person who drinks and makes hot tea daily it’s top priority to have clean boiling water. Would I use a simple glass whistle kettle like I had at first again? Only if I can stop accidentally breaking glass, borosilicate glass or not. I took a photo for comparison in height and design between the Amazon one and this Cosori before I returned the other. This Cosori kettle is a nice kettle. Good light weight for its size. I like the color combo, mostly black and sleek. It boiled right at 6 minutes and then turned off immediately. I was hoping the base could act as a warmer (keep warm) base for the kettle but that probably would require more work in the engineering (R&D) department because the kettle automatically turns off when the kettle has reached the correct boiling point. So I dont know how they could have both functions. Maybe some other brand has it and I missed it. To me what’s important is that it works great! It does what it’s suppose to do and that’s to boil water. Clean up is easy. First 1-2 uses you may find water spots after the water is poured out but from what I read it’s from what’s inside the water we use that gets left behind, like minerals. To rid of it I used 1 part vinegar to two parts water and let it sit for a few hours (because I forget about it) and just normal recommended cleaning. 1:2 part ratio is like 1 cup vinegar and 2 cups of water. I use a bottle brush or a used fabric softener (doesn’t scratch and scrubs very well) and Dawn. I have filled the water tank past recommended up to the two holes line in the spout to test if the boiling water leaks or spits/shoots out boiling water if you pour over the tank’s recommended capacity. Result?! Still good!!!!! Although I can only speak from my testing on my kettle.
