Amendment to this review: company responded to this review and offered refund. In the meantime I had found customer service and were being helpful. My mother’s and mother in laws frames continue to work.Got for Christmas and already not working. Came down one morning and screen was white. Reset but no change. Can’t find any place on their website to get customer service or return it since it’s still within warranty.

I got this for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was the best gift. While I did have to set it up for her, it was actually so easy to set up (I think if she would have tried to do it herself by reading the directions she probably could’ve done it haha). Me and all my siblings love this gift for her because not only can she upload all the photos she wants, but my siblings and I can all get the app and add photos too! The only issue I had was getting the photos to format right to fit the screen (but I believe this was user error and I probably could’ve made it easier on myself if I were to look for it in the directions manual). Overall a very good gift for older parents and younger people alike

Bought 4 of these as gifts for the family. When it loses power due to blackouts it doesn’t reboot properly. Sometimes stays on the splash screen for DAYS before fully rebooting. I shut it down according to the instructions and moved it a week ago and it still has not gotten past the Azorpa splash screen. The manual says to not unplug to power off, so how do they account for power outages? Support is not helpful.Not worth the trouble or the money.

I would highly recommend ordering this digital picture frame. I had an issue with mine, but the Arzopa Customer Service Team was great in responding to me quickly offering me a full refund, or a new one. I choose a new one. I enjoy the photos displayed. Great features touch screen, you can set a timer for the display to begin in the am as well as shutting down in the pm, or you can leave it on all the time. I love not having to dust all those frames just the one. The touch screen is very easy to use. Great display of photos. It is definitely a conversation piece when others see the photos displayed, brings back so many memories. You can add friends, and family to share by using the app on your phone so they can share precious moments with you. With the holidays coming up I highly recommend this picture frame as a great gift. Dealing with customer service was a pleasure working with they were very accommodating, and quick to respond. They told me I would receive it in 3~7 days I received a new one 3 days later. I will definitely recommend to friends, and family, as well as anyone on Amazon looking for a digital photo frame for themselves or for others. Great product, great customer service.

We purchased this as a gift for the grandparents, I was so excited to find THE perfect gift for them, and for everyone to be able to upload photos and videos of their grandkids daily. It's super easy to use, great quality, works wonderfully. BUT my sister in law can't upload to it, because she has an iPhone. Had I known, I would have gone with a different frame. Besides that, we are very happy. My in laws received theirs today and they are in love with it.

Easy to set up great display

I love this photo frame & have given one to almost everyone in my family. It is so fun to share moments, or beauty, or silliness with each other. I could set it up easily & found you can even put short videos on there like grandson getting squirted in the face when putting whipped cream on his hot chocolate.

The media could not be loaded. Love it! Easy to use and set up and the pictures and videos look great! The negative. Do not buy the 128gb scan disk that they say people purchase with it. Does not work with the frame. After looking up what the issue is I found that it say only use 32gb or lower. Other then that very happy with it

Pros: beautiful display, very useful touchscreenCons: it does not matter that the display is beautiful if it refuses to restart after moving it to a different room. And yes, I turned it off properly by pressing the off button and unplugging it after it turned black. I have actually done this done this more than once, moving it to a different area to continue loading it. Each time I had a long struggle to get it to restart. I bought this just over a month ago as a birthday gift for a close relative. I finally finished loading it with lots of old family photos. The birthday is tomorrow. I plugged it in to watch the results of all my hard work and it absolutely refuses to restart this time. I am past the 30 day return window. This product has been a total waste of money and effort, and what do I do for a birthday present now? I guess it is obvious how furious I am. Do not buy this frame. If Arzopa has a fix for this I will gladly retract my complaint.UPDATE: The seller allowed me to return the frame to them and replaced it with a new one. This new frame works perfectly and I am very pleased with both the frame and the prompt response to my problems!

Amazing technology. Great size frame allowing for a good display even across a room. The unit can be set to turn off at night and start again in the morning at user defined times.Loading photos is easy, and you can even send them directly from your phone via WiFi, or even someone else's phone if you grant that person temporary access.Would but another one if these without hesitation. Definitely recommend this product
