I've been taking this ecdysterone supplement for a little while now. Noticed some decent strength gains and slightly better muscle recovery. Nothing crazy, but a noticeable improvement.It's supposed to help with protein synthesis and building lean mass without the side effects of steroids. Can't say for sure if that's what's happening, but my workouts have felt more productive.The dose seems good - 1400mg is higher than a lot of other ecd products out there. No weird side effects that I've noticed.Not a miracle pill by any means, but if you're looking for a natural way to potentially boost your gains a bit, it's worth a try. Just don't expect it to replace hard work in the gym and a good diet.Overall, I'm satisfied enough to keep using it

I usually don’t write reviews but I think this one is worth writing about. I have a feeling this product has exactly what’s it’s labeled as having. Within days I feel hardness in my muscles, I can bench a new PR, and I can go longer at the gym. I usually expect these things to not work so quick but I also took a little more than what’s labeled as directed use. This product definitely works. I don’t know much about the biomechanics of these two ingredients, but I’d recommend these to any body builder

I think they got the dosage right!I used one bottle of this before I decided to try another brand, that claimed it had a higher dose of Turkesterone and Ecdysterone, the other brand wasn't as good.I still got stronger but I didn't have as much energy when I switched brands and I think I was getting leaner and stronger on the first bottle.The quality of this product is obviously very good I will definitely buy this again.I felt like skipping a dose once a week seemed to improve the effects a little more, not sure why.

Hey all! 41yr old man here. I have been taking this product for about 1.5 months right now and love it! I have more energy in my workouts and even though I eat like crap (I just recently started eating Carnivore) I can still see a change in my composition. I have been doing PL and Strongman for about 5 yrs now and I have tried tons of stuff, nothing in the anabolic realm as I am a natural competitor, but this is probably the best natural supp I have taken, most effective anyways. I recommend this product. Give it a try in your rotation of supps you take and see what it does for you. I have not had any side effects that I know of as well. Cheers!

Having been into body building off and on for about 15 years I've had time to try many supplements. The two ingredients here are one I have yet to try on their own until now. I'm no doctor but I feel I do have a good grasp on how things effect my workout and body and I've waited until I finished this bottle before writing the review so that I can have a clear picture of the results. My routine is working out twice a day. (400 reps minimum each session.) With at most one day off a week.With that said in the month I've taken it, as described on the bottle, I have raised my benching weight by 50 lbs and feel as though my recovery time has been minimized. I would suggest to anyone who's medically able to take a supplement like this that they should at least give it a try. It may give you that edge you're looking for.

Ive been taking this product for a month now and I noticed that I finish my workouts faster than I used to. Also before, whenever I go to the gym to workout in the afternoon I would feel tired for the rest of the day but now I noticed that I still have energy left to do some other physical intensive stuff. I didnt change my workout regimen still doing the same 5x5 starting strength training with progressive overload that I started 6 months ago and did not add any other supplement/s. I believe that this product works, just give it a few days to notice the effect. Also, dont take more than the recommended dosage.

I got better results from creatine, not that the two are mutually exclusive. But from now on, I think I'll just stick with stronger stuff like legal pro hormones or something. 19-Nor dhea gave me twice more results with half the effort, but everyone's different. Amazon should start carrying a larger variety of reasonably questionable products, seeing as how this stuff is on here anyway. At least it doesn't mess with your bio chemistry, it seems.
