I really like this product , the flavor is a pleasant surprise . I was optimistic but I do feel my symptoms have calmed down. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Earthy taste

I've really noticed a difference taking this product. I've never really dealt with BO but I definitely notice a difference when working out and sweating. This stuff works. Just be sure not to overfill the dropper, the 15 drops can be too much if you're not careful. I put a few small drops in a bottle of water and drink once daily. The taste isn't too bad

I would drink this fast mixed with water, because I just didn’t like the taste. But honestly I did notice it helped with energy. I would take it about an hour before a workout and it definitely helped. The bottle leaked a lot though. Be careful not to get it on your clothing as it may stain green.
