I've never actually heard of this perfume but as someone who prefers woodsy, clean, musky fragrances, I thought I'd give it a try. When I first applied it, I thought the saffron scent was quite strong & overpowering but that only lasted a few minutes. The remaining scent was a soft musky/leather scent with a hint of berry. It's a very clean & soft, not strong at all. This is marketed as unisex & I think it could be worn by men or women. The bottle is a good size (3.4 ox) & will last for a long time.

Firstly, there needs to be a proper expectation of what authentic Oud is. It's a very strong and pungent type of fragrance. There is built-in intensity to this aroma. It's a very nicely layered fragrance that has that opulent smell, but also eases off into something richly fruitier. This fragrance lasts an exponential amount of time and so one spray is plenty, so as not to be overpowering. It's probably not meant to be a daily scent, but for glamourous and special occasions, it definitely gives out that appropriate vibe.
