I bought this camera because my previous camera would turn off for no reason. I did a lot of research and read several reviews until I decided to buy this dash cam. I really like the video and photo in the dash camera! This dashboard camera brings me peace of mind when driving since it doesn't turn off like the one I had before. Moreover, this is a great camera for a great price. It didn't take a long time to set up and install in the car, the manual has clear instructions, and it appears to be very well made. In addition to having the two cameras (front and back), it is a 4K camera and has excellent night vision, which is an advantage and important for me. The front and rear cameras record clear images, which makes it easier to read the license plates. The camera is wide-angle, adding full coverage front and back.

It arrived defective, the settings are reset when it is turned off and after the car is turned on again, I reported this to the seller and he told me that they will send me another one, I still have not received a response (it has been 15 days), I am hurrying because the delivery dates have passed. replacement, try to replace it directly through Amazon, and it turns out that you have to pay for shipping, which from Colombia is cheaper to buy a new one. You can't give zero starllego defectuoso, las configuraciones se resetean cuando se apaga y despues que se prenda el carro de nuevo, le informe esto al vendedor y me dice que me enviaran otro, aun no obtengo respuesta (van 15 días), me apresuro porque pasan las fechas de reemplazo, intente reemplazarlo directamente por amazon, y resulta que toca pagar el envío, el cual desde Colombia sale mas barato comprar otra nueva. Por el momento me quedare esperando :(09-10-2023 aun no me responde el vendedor, el tiempo de respuesta no es verdad, en el momento ya veo que se bloquea la grabacion en varias ocasiones, nada recomendado. Let me start off by saying the customer service alone offered by this company is worth the purchase, more on this shortly.The install was easy, clear instructions and the accompanying app to view videos is just as simple. The camera was good to go in no time and everything was great. For reasons unknown to me, the rear camera stopped registering with the front unit on day 2. I was super annoyed at first, but the customer service offered was amazing. a new rear unit camera was shipped the same day of my issue, and just to be sure they ALSO sent me a whole new unit/piece. Once received, the new unit is now working like a charm, so the issue was a one off defective main unit piece.All in all, great camera and even better customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a nice affordable dual car-cam system, fairly easy to install and hook up to phone app.The rear cam mounts with a tiny screw. Unfortunately the only way to mount the dash (front) cam is with an adhesive pad on the windshield. On the first hot sunny day after I installed it, the adhesive failed and the cam was dangling when I returned to my car (after 3 hours).

I got this 4K camera to replace a 2K one from Zomai which was starting to have problems and shutting down. Installation was easy, especially as I could use the old Zomai harness to the fuse box. However this will not work for the Park mode so I may replace this later with the recommended one.Picture quality is great and you can tell the difference to 2K when you download and zoom in on finer details. I have not installed the rear camera yet as I have an SUV and need to figure out exactly how to run the cable and attach the small camera, I will address this when I have more time. However, I did connect it up to see if it works ok and it displays as an insert on top left of the screen...looks good to me.So far everything looks good but it's early days so I will update if any problems pop up.

This thing falls.... and falls... and falls... over and over and over again. Every few hours like clockwork. I have made sure to clean my windshield thoroughly, mounded the windshield protector as the instructions say and mount it using very sticky suction cup it came with and what do you know it just keeps on falling down every few hours and absolutely REFUSES to stay up on my windshield. I have been using this for months... and it has been doing it since day 1 and is STILL doing it. Maybe you think thats not that big of a deal. Mind you that every time it falls, it yanks the wiring out that I worked so hard to tuck away and hide from the power source to the camera and I have to spend an hour every time putting all the wiring back up into the headliner and behind the dash. Ont to of that, the camera itself is mounted to a pivot point that connects to the power source and the pivot point has loosened and now the camera is crooked and cannot be straightened back up . When I put the effort into re-mounting (for the 47 thousandth time) the camera and trying to use it, it records at an angle because of the pivot point being so loose. At the time of this review I am giving up on this camera. This review is well deserved for the awful experience.
