Do not buy - read the Samsung forums first!
This phone (Samsung Galaxy A14 - multi-sim Indian version) is completely unusable—do not buy it. I'm an experienced Android user, having started with Samsung’s flagship S2 before switching to budget models over the past few years. In recent years I've used the J6, M31, and others, all of which served me well.However, I cannot recommend this model for several confirmed (see Samsung forums) reasons:1. It suffers from serious lag. The memory is weak, and the virtual memory feature does nothing to improve performance. Restarting the phone or clearing the memory has no effect.2. Apps, particularly Chrome, crash frequently if you’re a power user or have multiple tabs (in-app or on the phone) open, which makes it highly unreliable.3. This -Indian- version lacks NFC (which I was not aware of), so you can’t use it for contactless payments or transport services like the Tube.The phone is also too large for my liking, and the materials feel extremely cheap and low quality. Overall, I feel that the value for money is extremely bad.So why did I order it? Based on the Amazon rating and my great previous experiences with Samsung, I didn’t check the forums beforehand. Now, even though I managed to return the phone, I’ll still be stuck with the screen protectors and case.This is the worst Samsung phone I've encountered in recent years. I cannot recommend it.

Great price, good quality, 2 sim slots and 1slot for more storage memory enough for most people. Who don't do gaming.

How to get settings to work.
Set phone up and then 3 days later could not get settings to work. Not good as I wear hearing aids and they can be or could be linked to the phone but not without settings app.A little disgruntled at this situation especially when I have owned Samsung phones in the past.
