Probably one of the best cookie baking trays I’ve ever bought. I bought two from different manufacturers. I haven’t used the other one but this one is really good and easy to clean. I was quite surprised to find that they just fitted into my oven. They took the whole width of the oven but unlike the others I had bought these were able to fit and be removed without too much effort.

Didn't seem all that heavy duty and there was slight warping at 200C the first time it was used in the oven. However , I'm pleased to report that it straightened back up again as time went on. I will post again after a few months usage , regarding the durability of the non-stick coating. Happy with my purchase so far.

Stunning.
I started using these with baking parchment, then downgraded to just a light dusting of semolina to stop my bread sticking. Had a happy accident where I didn't use anything on them and the bread just slid right off after baking. I've been doing this for months now and zero sticking issues even with super wet doughs like foccacia and fougasse. I don't wash them. Just a wipe down with a damp cloth and they're getting better and better with age. Just store them in a place where they won't get scratched and they should last a lifetime.

Not very helpful
The plate deforms as soon as it is placed in a hot oven. Very inconvenient!
