My auntie Tina loved her birthday present.

The product itself is great is very good. Only "very good", because a closer inspection can reveal some minor defects in the glass: Tiny air bubbles on the top edge (lip) of the air inlet. Now, I'm catching myself being way too over- picky here. Know, though, these pipes are of a very high quality. and i can't imagine not wanting to recommend them in future... but... sending these pipes out in a highly flexible faux-velvet draw-string bag, with only five narrow small- bubble wrapped bags as protection, is a little reckless, to say the least. When i realised i was holding glass pipes in a bag that flexed under it's weight in my hand, i was suprised there would be any undamaged - i'm guessing the majority of people would have an identical reaction to that package , so im assuming its likely a kind of "look how tough our pipes are" marketing thing. Are you sure it's worth deliberately annoying a portion of customers, though?

The bowl is larger but I think the steam is a little short otherwise yeah great item

Another one cracked....this is the 2nd one in a couple of days to simply crack upon heating....both cracked where the little glass ball is connected underneath... Never again am I wasting money on this product
