RELX Mars Pro Cream

After long hours working or commuting, coming home to my RELX massage chair has been an absolute delight. The first evening I set it up, I played some soft music through its Bluetooth speaker, reclined into zero gravity mode, and felt myself drifting into pure relaxation as it worked out the tension in my back. The rollers move in a way that feels impressively close to a professional massage, and the back support is both firm and comfortable—keeping my posture perfect while letting me fully unwind. The foot massage took a little getting used to because it’s powerful at first, but once I relax into it, it’s incredibly soothing. The noise level is pleasantly low—a soft hum that fades away when I have music playing, never breaking the peaceful atmosphere. Switching between auto modes is effortless with the touchscreen, and I appreciate that there’s no need to wrestle with complicated settings after a long day.

This is the third massage chair I’ve owned, and hands down—it’s the best one yet. The comfort level is just next-level. You sit down and it kind of just hugs your body in all the right ways. The deep tissue massage is legit—really gets in there without feeling like it’s beating you up. And the stretch mode? Wow. It gently pulls and stretches your back and legs, and afterward, you just feel loose and relaxed, like you just got off a yoga mat without doing any of the work. The balloons (I guess they’re technically airbags, but whatever) are way better than the ones in my last two chairs. They inflate and deflate with perfect pressure and timing, especially around the shoulders and legs. The foot massage, though—that thing is out of this world. It actually feels like someone’s working your feet by hand. I didn’t even know I had sore spots down there until this chair found them. Finally, there’s a voice control method, which is really helpful. The chair responds to voice commands, and it makes the experience more seamless. I highly recommend this massage chair!

This is such a great chair! I have had it a couple of weeks and I am definitely in love with it. It has so many options and helps with muscle aches and pure relaxation. The blue tooth speakers sound great, so i relax even more. I really like how you can set it for how high you want it to reach up your back/ shoulders and neck! I am 5ft 4in tall. So it's great to be able to adjust so it's not coming up too high trying to massage my scalp.. (that's not real comfy!) I love the width of it, it's exactly how I wanted it to fit for me. This thing comes in 2 pieces. Very easy to attach the leg part. The rest of the chair is super heavy. The only thing I wish it had- (something others have written in reviews)- I wish the settings panel lit up. I know I can use my phone to adjust the settings, but it would be great to do it with the panel, too.

Update: I bought this product when my favorite massage therapist I'd been seeing (monthly, for years) moved out of state. Just treating normal "desk job posture" and early 40s aches. I figured... I'll reallocate those funds to the same area of self-care and save in the long run, right? Y'ALL. I've been sitting in this chair several times a week for almost nine months. It's not the same as a hands-on massage, but it's almost daily rather than weeks in between. And you know what I realized the other day? I. Have. Zero. Back pain. What?!? Hallelujah!! ------ For comparison: I recently purchased (and returned) a $700 massage chair. I've used a similar chair at the gym that runs around $8000. Current price of this product is $2500. This one is magnificent. 1000% better than the cheaper model, and while it's not as nice as the more expensive model, the differences are minimal. There are SO many settings to customize... it'll take a while to really get the most out of it. So easy to put together. Worked right out of the box. The voice control is a neat concept but she talks randomly so I keep that feature turned off. Air pressure features are very powerful. Rollers work great, most noticeably on the feet. Operation manual is helpful... though difficult to interpret at times due to the language barrier. Excellent results for stress relief and tight muscle relaxation. Love that it can even focus on neck and shoulders. I don't have the kind of income that makes a purchase like this easy, but I'm immensely glad I went for it. Note: The controller screen we got initially worked... but was glitchy/erratic. We got it replaced for free after a few video chat sessions with the IT team. Excellent customer service experience every time. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

I love my chair. Her name is alice it gives a great massage. Several different types. I’m a little short so it often seems to miss some of my neck and get most of my head, but that’s my problem being short the rest of it is amazing. I have fallen asleep many times in it after having a massage

This is a very high end massage chair. It's more than a chair, it's an oasis. I have been in many other massage chairs and this one is over the top in quality. Easy to use in auto mode or in manual mode. You can adjust the rollers and the air pressure. I can't wait to get home from work and get my first massage for the night, with 2 more later that evening. This is by far the best purchase I made on Amazon. It's packaged on a pallet with a lift off box and easy to assemble. David from RELX was quick to respond to my email. Thanks David.

The RELX chair is nearly perfect for an affordable full body massage with great features. It came well packaged and easy to set up and is immensely comfortable - you just don't want to leave it after a massage (which can be set to a max of 30 mins). I did experience a problem initially with the control panel not responding well. David, the technician I contacted via customer support, courteously and with great patience helped me diagnose the problem and RAPIDLY shipped a replacement control panel which appears to have resolved the issue. Thanks goodness, because I would've hated to try to ship back a 200lb piece of furniture! David also assured me of their 3 year warranty and encouraged me to contact the company if I have any further problems, but all is well thus far. WHAT I LIKE: 1) The chair is REALLY relaxing and truly beneficial for aching back and feet, and it sure seems to put me in a great relaxed mood very quickly. I feel myself breathing deeper and "letting go" within just a few minutes, especially when the foot-kneading kicks in. The arm-hand massage and shoulder compression is also better than I would have expected. 2) The chair can sit within a couple of inches from the wall and yet not touch the wall when fully reclined - takes up less space than one would think for a big chair. 3) It almost always puts me to sleep before the default 20 min massage is completed - I think that alone says it all! 4) Easy to move the angle up and down for ease of watching TV or reading, but you probably won't for long because it'll knock you out! WHAT I DON'T LIKE: 1) The control panel post placement on the left arm is a bad idea in my opinion, but one can always easily remove the post for better arm positioning getting in and out of the chair - there's plenty of coiled cable on the control panel to place where convenient, such as in your lap or on a side table. I plan to 3d print an extension to set the control panel outside of the arm but keep within arm's reach. 2) By default, when the massage ends, the chair remains in a reclined position, which is fine, but when the power button is pressed again so you can decline the chair and get out, another massage starts. One has to press the power button twice to return the chair to its starting position. No big deal, but sorta annoying. 3) The Bluetooth speakers are a thoughtful addition and are easy to pair, but are of extremely poor quality - worse than a decent AM radio. I'd love to replace the speakers with better drivers, but that'll probably void the warranty. I recommend using headphones or a good BT speaker instead of the chair's speakers. 4) The manual is mostly usable but is clearly not written by an English speaker, and that's understandable in global trade, but it could be improved a LOT. CONCLUSION: I HIGHLY recommend the RELX chair for the price despite my small dislikes, and thus far, RELX is displaying GREAT technical support (thanks again, David!). I've had other massage chairs, but this one is by far my best one yet. Now, excuse me, gonna saddle up and take a relaxing nap in the chair....

I’ve been using for several months now and I am still not an expert but this is a ok chair with limited capabilities. I find that the chair at the nail salon has more individualized choices in operation. For example, I do not like the “beating” type of massage, so in other chairs, I can turn that completely off. In this chair, I have no choice to turn the beating massage off, that I can find yet. The heater does not stay on after massage is finished. Leg squeeze pressure is harsh, even when you put the air pressure on low. I have gotten more accustomed to it now, but if you use the leg squeezing and the foot roller balls together it’s almost unbearable. I would give this chair a grade of C due to its lack of control. Instruction manual is very basic. Most of the things you find out are by trial and error. Oh and the AI is useless. I can’t get her, Alice, to understand any of the commands. Waste of tech, would be better applied to more precise control of options.
