Needed a bright light outside my rear office door. This one sports a daylight/dark sensor, saving the need for a timer. Had to custom drill mounting holes, but should hold up well to the elements. Commercial look, and work flawlessly.

Disclaimer: If you have lights wired in series. That are dependant on one light with a photocell to turn them on and off. If you buy this unit you will need to buy a seperate photocell to operate the other lights in series. This light is brighter than the w38 corn cob 48000 Lumen light bulb. I am very impressed with the light brightness, output, weight, and plug and play set up. If you have just a single light fixture. This is a heck of a light so far. If you have a couple lights in series depending on a main light to turn all the others on and you don't mind working around this small issue. This photocell will not work out of the box with lights ran in series. All you have to do is unplug the stock photocell and screw in a new photo cell and wire up your line and load wires. Its a hard light to beat.

I’ve had 6 out of 8 wall packs stop working after 4 years.

It did not have holes for screws to go through to attach to a standard wall J-box. I had to drill those holes myself, which made the installation take longer. After that, the single fixture has performed nicely and lights up the whole rear of my building. The photocell works well. It seems to be well-made and durable.

They work OK, but some were DOA. The seller replaced free of charge and quickly, so that's a plus.
