KT Tape Unisex

Using the tape for a knee injury as recommended and guided by my physiotherapist. Easy to cut and has kept my knee joint in place to allow me to walk

I have tried a few different tapes, this is the first that hasn’t itched. Strong and well made, would buy again.

Edit on my initial review. I tried the KT tape again and adhesion was great. I put it on later in the day a few hours after bathing and it was great. Lasted for a couple of days before starting to curl at the edges. Recommendation: Do NOT put on shortly after bathing as it will have terrible adhesion. Either put it on before showering or wait a few hours after, then it does the job well. I would buy again.

I found this tape ok but the adhesive wasn’t that strong and definitely would not hold when showering. I had to replace this tape each day which works out to be very expensive.

I have bought many different brands but I will admit that paying that bit more is worth it. The stretch on the fabric is very good and it doesn’t thin out, meaning it works better. Other brands on only 30% stretch show plenty of gaps in the weave meaning it isn’t strong or rigid enough to do it’s job properly and it will also compromise the glue, making adhesion poor

falls off within minutes off application and is triple the price of competitors, buy from someone else, KT branded tape is no longer worth using

Helps not to over stretch tendons and ligaments

Love this KT tape. It really helps me if I have some injury or as a prevention.

Very effective for couple of days, not water proof
