I got this for my husband who has cervical stenosis, he said it really helps with the pain and is comfortable for all day use. He uses it while at the computer and can even sleep in it.

To small for me. So a waste of money

Nicely made. Just be warned the large one is still very small. I'm an average size man, 16 inch neck and the padding has a 4.5 inch gap at the back. I can just barely get the tip of the velcro strap to reach across. Comes loose. I like the way it fits under my chin though. Thinking about extending the strap and adding some kind of padding so the strap isn't against my skin.

Helpful and good quality

I have a 19" neck, and even with the extension I could not get it to fasten. I jury-rigged it with some additional velcro that I had at home, but the gap between the padded portions was uncomfortable. It's also not very good if you have a longer beard (although that is the case with just about any cervical collar). If it actually fit me, I would probably have given it a higher rating.

Wearing this at night has pretty much stopped my snoring! I was ready to shovel out money for a cpap, when a friend suggested to try this first. Been using it nightly for about 2 months and I get markedly better sleep and wake up feeling rested and can actually remember dreaming (which hasn’t happened for years since my sleep apnea would wake me up often during the night!) I would highly recommend people with apnea to try this low cost, noiseless option first before going to a cpap machine. The only down side that I see complaints about is how tight it is… I don’t walk around in it, but put it on when laying down. It is adjustable and if you loosen it a little you can still adjust the fit to make sure it’s in the right position.
