This is for the Berry flavourI got a free sample of these on Ride London 2022 and from that point they are my "Go To" barI find them tasty and moist and they don't give me the feeling of sitting like a lump in my stomach after eating them as some other bars doThe pack is easy enough to open whilst on a bike - definitely there are brands that are harder to openAlthough I don't subscribe for the Amazon automatic delivery (at a slight cost saving) I do just buy these each time I finish a boxRecommended

Used these energy bars on the Ford Ride London 100, 2024, 100 mile ride this year.Used 10 on the 100 mile cycle ride, tasty, easy to eat whilst riding, provided enough energy on ride.Good value for money, quality good as in taste, good size to fit in cycle top.Used on all training rides up-to main event, no stomach issues as found with gels and some other energy bars.

I had one of these bars after a run, very chewy, tasty bars but not sure they taste of caramel

Used to buy energy bars from another well known sports nutrition company but tried these due to price increase. These are much better, taste good (tried both the banana and raspberry), give a good boost of energy and are easy to eat on the move. Would like a bigger box.

This bar packs lots of flavour and gives you the energy you need. I only wish that it had more protein content.

Wasn't quite what to expect with this, but wasn't expecting it to be almost identical to malt loaf. The banana flavour is quite subtle, which isn't a bad thing. It is very, very dense, making it a little tricky to bite off and chew whilst running. I think it would be great as a snack for hiking, but I'm not sure I'll be buying more for running.

Great energy bar, tasty but a little expensive for me.
