Misleading information on Amaozon website
Bought this AC as the dimensions mentioned on Amazon website stated AC width as 57 cm. I had width constraint in my room so removed my window wooden frame to increase width. However when installation team came, to my surprise the actual AC delivered width was 61 cm. AC was not installed Due to increased AC width size and I had already removed the wooden frame blindly relying on Amazon site. Post this mental trauma with Amazon began. I called up Amazon customer care and spoke at length to different customer care representative explaining my genuine issue. However my call was connected to 5 different representative during same conversation lasting for more than hour but no one was able to explain the process of returning the product. It lasted for 2 consecutive days. Huge training issue within Amazon customer care service. I have experienced horrible experience though have been Amazon Prime customer for last few years. Just wondering the customer service level to new customers by Amazon. Very disappointed to see such a deteriorated customer service by Amazon. My recommendation not to buy large appliances from Amazon trusting the product dimensions.

The AC fan is noisy
Firstly the dimensions given in the advertisement are wrong. Length given as 57 cms but actual length is 60 cms. Had to alter my window to accomodate AC in the window. The AC fan is noisy on all 3 speeds.Cooling is okay. Looks of AC is okay. AC packaging should be improved. My AC unit had slipped from the base packing exposing part of the AC body.
