This rack is rugged and secure. It's perfect for two large 90 lb Fat Tire e-Bikes. It shipped with everything you need to install and the installation was quick and easy. I looked at many racks but given the weight of carrying two bikes this one seem to be the winner. I highly recommend.

I purchased this dual motorcycle hitch carrier expecting it to safely carry two bikes based on the advertised 600 lb capacity. Unfortunately, it couldn’t handle two motorcycles at all. Even when mounted on my F-150, the entire carrier sagged downward and felt unstable and unsafe. I followed all instructions and secured everything correctly, but it simply did not perform as advertised, making it completely unusable for the purpose it was sold for. After returning the product because it was unsafe to use, the seller charged me a $250 restocking fee, which was never clearly disclosed before purchase. I paid a lot of money for something that did not work, and then was charged even more to return it. If you’re planning to carry two motorcycles, be extremely cautious , this carrier does not support the weight safely in real-world use, and you may end up losing money if you need to return it. Would not recommend the product but even more would not recommend buying from this seller.

Tie downs or ratchet straps are needed but the product is built strong

Works great for our needs. Two e dirt bikes for local trail riding. Recommend the rhino straps to pair with this.

This rack is too large for my small SUV. I need a rack that is capable of being stored in the upright position when not in use. Build quality and functionality are both good for motorcycles but not for E Bikes on a small SUV.

I purchased this carrier for two kids bikes, and it’s absolutely useless due to its length. It bends so much that, even on my 7-inch lift vehicle with 35” tires, the end of the carrier practically touches the road. This happens with just two very lightweight kids bikes loaded. Imagine how low this carrier would sag on a non-lifted vehicle or with slightly heavier, non-kid bikes. Avoid this product if you want a reliable carrier for your bikes.

Used on a long road trip with 2 e bikes. Heavy duty and easy install

Very happy with the delivery and easy of putting it together. Haven’t put my bikes on it yet.
