Q: Is this a good substitute for follow your hearts vegegg powder that appears to be discontinued? can it also make a great omelet?

First try, no. Second try I added black salt and a pinch of garlic and onion powder and the answer is yes. It cooks easier than Veganegg (follow your heart). Less water without the tendency to break down if cooked to hot or too long. I'm reordering.
