A regular supplement for me, good value and a quality product

We both find these hard to swallow, especially as they knock together each time you tip up the jar and with such a lot in the jar they get dustier as time goes on. We have now put a smaller number into a smaller jar to try and stop this getting worse, wish we had thought of that earlier. I have no idea if they are helping as I don't feel any different but I want to make sure I'm getting a selenium source for my immune system.

I bought this for an unwell chicken however once she was better I did research on taking them myself, I started taking them. I have less hair loss and a lump I have on my lympnode has dramatically shrunk. I have more energy sleep better and fell myself again I have only been taking them for 2-3 weeks.
