Don’t be conned by the branded “mouth tape”s. If you are getting this for mouth tape then buy it. The tape is way thinner than I anticipated but it absolutely works and stays on all night, just curl your lips in slightly so there’s no saliva on them and pop it on the full length of your lips. I absolutely do recommend making a notch or twisting the end still on the roll when you rip because it just sort of disintegrates into the roll and it super difficult to find (even running your nail along both sides 1000 times) and difficult to peel off too (no matter how long your nails are). A big thing to realise is it is surgical grade so it is going to stick to your lips. Sometimes you get a little residue in the morning on the lips but it comes off if you have a normal morning routine and if it doesn’t you can just bite it off. 1 roll will last forever too, I do recommend getting some nose strips alongside this though just to make sure your getting enough air and I’ve found it makes all the difference. It is a good product, adhesion is OK but it's just a bit narrow and it doesn't stick for a long time. I didn't realise when I ordered it, that it was so thin, that's my bad. However, it's good value for money, that's for sure. It's OK in terms of performance and durability.

Sticks well and also detaches without residue. If you had job done, this is best after swelling. If you know what I mean 😉
