Garbage Truck

My grandson loves this truck!

Bought for my 2yo boy/girl twins, because they are obsessed with the comings and goings of the trash truck, every week. Other parents of toddlers will understand. I don't like toys that make excessive noises and play songs, and such, so I'm very happy to have found this! We do have another Tonka trash truck that emits beeps and noise, and while it is not too obnoxious, my kids seem to gravitate to the Battat truck more often. For that reason I'm a fan of the Green Toys line, and am pleased to also add Battat to our options. The Battat garbage truck was less costly than the GT truck, and came with trash cans and a character, so seemed the better choice for play. We've had the truck for about a month, and it is played with every day, and so far there have been no problems or broken parts! I'll be looking for more by this company, for sure! And I have to say, being a kid of the 70s/80s, myself, I just love the style of this truck, and the little man that comes with it, because he looks so much like a larger version of the vintage Fisher Price Little People! Battat, please, please consider making more and expand this line of toys! (My kids do have my old FP Little People and houses, etc. and like them, so we'd be thrilled to have a newer similar incarnation of these toys. I dislike the design of the current FP offerings.)

A sturdy truck and large enough for small hands to push. He loves his trash truck very much. The colors are are true to the pictures and moves easily.

We ordered this as a gift for a toddler. It wasn’t what these particular parents wanted. But it’s a really cute toy with moving parts and a “driver”. Reminds me of vintage Fisher-Price toys and it looks very safe. I highly recommend this toy.

Well built and stands up to young play very well

Perfect gift for my grandson who loves trash trucks and cans! Well made and durable; even the golden retriever cannot chew it!

Great quality toys for a great price. My son loves them and I plan on buying the front loader for him next. The only issue which isn’t really a big issue was the advertising for the fire truck. It pictured a little white character with a red hat and we received a little black character with a red hat. Overall, great toys! Will buy from company again.

For my 2-1/2-year-old grandson, garbage day at their house is like Christmas every week. He wakes up excited and helps his father roll the bins out and then back and he would probably be perfectly happy to go live with the truck driver. He has a garbage truck toy at his house that's great, but he may like this one at our house even better. The 2 little bins fit nicely onto the back platform, and he fills and empties them endlessly into the truck, dumps everything out (into a shoebox) and fills them up again. I have found that aluminum foil rolled into tight little pea-size balls make excellent trash items that little fingers can put into the bins until, (as "T" says), "They are over-FLOWING!" He counts as he puts each little ball into the bins. He is careful about setting them carefully into their holders on the platform. The driver comes out of the flip-up cab. The truck rolls like a dream with little effort. Lots of play, counting, dexterity and imagination value: a total winner. This grandma gives it 2 thumbs up!!
