Hydrogen Peroxide 3% Solution 32oz (Food Grade) - The Raw Food World

I love this because it is already diluted to 3%. I just add 4-8 drops to almost every single glass of water I drink. When I first started taking this, I started by just adding 1-2 drops then gradually increased it just to see how my body would handle it. I can't taste the H2O2 when I add about 4 drops but when i put the 8 or so drops I can barely tell its there but doesn't bother me. I have been doing this for over a month straight and believe it has made me healthier. When everyone in my family got sick, I was the only one who did not get sick which isn't normally the case. Not positive if it was or not, but I credit the H2O2 for that.

I have recommended this to different people. 3% is great to have around the house when kids are around so they are kept safe due to the dilution (rather than having 35% around). The only difference I know between this and non food grade is that this is great not only for cleaning and disinfecting, but it is also known to be used internally. I have used it to clean stains off of clothes ( I have not experienced fading of colors), disinfecting around the house including toothbrushes in between uses. I personally usually purchase 35% and dilute it down to 3% or higher or lower depending on how I want to use it. There is information online on the variety of uses and there are many.

I add this with a little sea salt and baking soda and brush my teeth 2 or more times a day. Unbelievable on how white and clean they look.. Better then any other whitener I have used. Also a few drops in my dogs water. Many uses and I only like to use the food grade. I recommend this product. Be sure to only use 3% for these applications.

I have purchased this peroxide twice now and expect to continue purchasing it in the future. I like that it is already at a safe 3%. I purchased a small colored glass bottle and keep the larger refill bottle under the sink and out of the light. My nighttime routine includes brushing my teeth, use a dental oral irrigation system and then rinse with this food grad peroxide for super clean and white teeth. The product arrived at my home as expected and in good condition. The price is a good value for the size and I have recommended this product to friends.

I'd recommend going to someplace like the Container Store and buying smaller bottles for using it (and a funnel to fill them). I put some in a smaller squeeze-drop type bottle if you want to put it in your ears. Eye dropper bottle might be helpful too. This is a very big bottle to handle for daily use...so I wouldn't want to spill or contaminate it...just pour some into a smaller container and store the rest.

Great for cleaning teeth and gums to fight gum disease. I use it a couple of times a week for this. Also to prevent or cure sinus infection I use a misture of this with warm water and sea salt to snort up and clean the sinuses. Gross sounding but it works.

I have not used this much but I did not do a good job of reading the ad. 35% is the common type. YOU MUST MIX 35% WITH WATER. you don't have to mix this. I thought the price was good but it is not that good because it is only 3%.

This stuff is the real deal, it’s fresh and works well, highly recommend!
