Quiet. Efficient.
First item delivered had been damaged in shipping. In less than a week we had a replacement. Easy to install. Works great. Replaces a larger dryer that exhausted into a garage space. The heat-pump does not have an exhaust so we were able to close up the opening and now the garage is cleaner and less humid. Takes longer to dry because lower temperature but OK now to dry some items that we used to only hang. Overall very happy

No free lunch
Heat pumps just move heat from one area to another. If you are taking heat from your house in the winter, you are just using your house furnace to indirectly dry your cloths.
