Surprisingly good once you have found the correctly fitting earpiece to avoid feedback. I have a pair of expensive rechargeable hearing aids which, from time to time don't last the day, fail to charge properly and sometimes I forget to put on charge so I bought these sound amplifiers as a backup when my main aids fail. I have to report that, bearing in mind these are a tiny fraction (5%) of the cost of my primary hearing aids they are amazing. They come with six pairs of silicon earpieces, in two bags one for each ear, tiny screwdrivers for adjusting the volume, little cleaners and brushes for wax, which I have yet to use. Each earpiece is a different size, one of which should fit most ears. It is important to experiment with these to get a perfect fit, as a bad fit causes some fierce feedback. One slight difficulty is adjusting the volume which cannot be done with the amplifier in the ear as you need to see to put the screwdriver in the tiny volume slot in the unit. The units are turned on and off by closing the battery carrier into the unit so once you have set the volume you need to try to get firmly into your ear before closing the little door and switching the amplifier on without feedback. Once the amplifiers are up and running I wore them for a day as a test. It took about an hour to acclimatise but after this they were comfortable. I found certain percussive sounds were louder than expected; I dropped a fork from an inch above a plate, by accident and it sounded like a pistol shot! I watched some television and forgot I was not wearing my usual hearing aids and I could hold a conversation without a problem. There is less noise reduction in noisy areas that I get with my hearing aids but for the cost nothing is perfect. I'm impressed!

I ordered this but unfortunately it was just too big. However, the quality was impressive. I had read other reviews that weren’t positive about the product or the customer service experience with returns. I have to say they communicated very quickly and refunded me without question. Nothing was too much trouble. Just wish the product was smaller!

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING ITEMS IN THIS COUNTRY STATING THEY WILL REFUND WHEN IN FACT THEY DEFINITELY REFUSE TO DO SO. The amplifiers made a whistling sound no matter how they were used, they were in fact of no use. They look pretty and seem well made but just did not work.....DO NOT BUY. I returned them to China as directed only for the to sit in the Chinese customs depot for weeks with the company refusing to pick them up yet saying all along that they would. They were eventually returned back to me by the Chinese customs after lingering for a month in the depot.

I found the aids to be easy to set up and to control the volume. When fitted with the correct sized bud, they slip nicely into the ear and cannot be easily seen. The sound volume is fine and the quality is excellent. Very pleased and will buy another set.

They are not the best quality but my batteries went flat very quick even after I removed the batteries every night

OK be patient with the FITTING of RUBBER GROMMETS ! Look After Them Do NOT FORCE them in ! They SIT NICELY in the EAR 👂🏻 if you try all the GROMMETS 👂🏻 I paid £2000 for Special Hearing Aids , they are to EXPENSIVE to wear in the GARDEN / DIY outside … so bought these ! They are AMPLIFIED SOUND , however there BRILLIANT. Great AMAZON PRICE & Return ( no QUESTIONS asked ) if you’re not happy . Anyway please look at Pictures & ( short Video my SON did ) hopefully you’ll find them OK ! Yes they only whistle if you don’t Turn SOUND UP/ DOWN with correct GROMMETS. Highly recommend / at such a LOW PRICE . Quality Case well made ! With Quality Materials . Just take time & iam sure you’ll be as HAPPY as this 72 year old Disabled army Veteran . Nice and small very loud..sensor on them for your finger to turn up and down. they come in a nice charging case verry happy with the product highly recommended to buy.

the soundon the hearing aid is very good,but they do tend to slip out of your ear.

je ne comprends pas, j ai deja commandé plusieurs fois, ça allait bien, mais maintenant ne fonctionne pas comme avant l appareil ne fait que sifflet, dans l oreilles en 1 mois 2 appareils. rien à faire. la qualité pas top. ou alors c que du recyclé, pas possible. suis vraiment déçu Qu est ce qui se passe vos appareils ne fonctionnent plus. même en baissant le volume continu a sifflet .

Verstärken wirklich das Hören. Millimeter Arbeit, es einzustellen, damit es nicht piept. Aber toll was die kleinen Dinger leisten. Verschiedene Silikonaufsetzer, jede Ohrmuschel ist halt anders. Super.

Nicht zu gebrauchen!!! Pfeift nur im Ohr!!
