These work great as a meal replacement. I am super excited I can get them online very convenient.I like the taste. They are bottles, so need to be careful not to drop them

Tasty Way to Drink Protein
I bring one of these to the gym each day and it is the easiest way for me to get 32g of whey protein all day. It's way better than any shakes on the market. I would say light years ahead of the game.

Good overall, very hard to open
These are pretty good as protein drinks after a workout. My main issue with them is how hard they are to open. I can't use my bare hands, or my skin tears. I have to grab my rubber thing and use that, and even then, it stretches a concerning degree. Almost seems like they glue them shut. I do recommend drinking them cold; they are meh at room temperature.

Great way to get protein in without killing calories
I love this for helping get to my daily protein goals without affecting my calories or carbs. The flavors can be a bit concentrated but they’re delicious so I can drink them straight or dilute with water. They’re a bit expensive but comparable to a meal so I rationalize like it’s a meal replacement. Ingredients are great only thing that would make it perfect for me is if it were plant protein
