Nice and light
This has been a wonderful addition to our home and my Father is coming to terms with the fact that he needs the help that this aid gives without restriction.The item arrived fully assembled and all we needed to do was adjust it to his needs. It is very light and can be picked up with one hand but is sturdy enough to help my Father get about the house without having to hold on to furniture or anything else.This is a must for someone who suffers with a loss of balance or dizzy spells but is still insistent on having independence. My Father is 82.

Excellent item.
Although I initially ordered the wrong size, it was delivered & replaced swiftly & a different size delivered. Sadly the replacement wasn’t suitable for my Mum’s injury…….but EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend. Returns were handled with zero fuss. Excellent item, my old Mum just couldn’t get to grips with how to use it.

Great, but carpet glide cap missing, similar to previous reviewers
Ordered this for an elderly relative who had had a fall and I needed this quickly to help with walking around the house. As per previous reviewers it only came with one carpet glide cap rather than two which was disappointing. The frame itself is ideal and very lightweight so good for maneuvering around the house. I've since liaised with Amazon and they have offer a refund due to the missing part.

Dad didn't want it at first but now loves it
It took a while for Dad to accept this frame but once he had tried it properly outside he realised how much it could help him. The frame is lightweight and robust. The wheels are smooth. It fits in his front porch.

bend frame
we have just had a Zimmer frame delivered but one of the legs is bend but the frame is big so there is no way we can send it back. so we will have to keep it and hope my husband can use it.
