It has no taste. The pill size is small and I don't notice a smell. My hair has never been thick. I'm losing my hair and Im just happy if it keeps my hair from falling out as much. Since I have been using it I don't notice as much hair loss in the shower.

Product is good

I bought this primarily to strengthen my nails as I had been a nail biter for decades. I take one daily and not only have my nails grown but they are really strong. Another benefit that I noticed that surprised me was that I had always to pull hair out of the drain after a shower. Since starting these, I have not had to do it even once. There are simply no hairs there. It does not fix baldness but it certainly prevents my hair loss. Give it a shot. See what you think,
