Q: How many egg whites is this the equivalent too?

the powder weighs 113 gm and on the packet it says use 6 gm with water which will equal an egg white. Thus 113 s 6 equals circa twenty egg weights give or take tad.Oh and it is a large egg white once it all froths up.Have fun.

Gluten-free is not mentioned on the box. It does put ingredients as : corn starch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulphate, citric acid, cream of tartar, art. flavours, silicon dioxide. Hope this helps. Barbara Lauder
