Not Fit for Purpose
I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but this product has no stars from me as it was impossible to wear and I asked for the money back. It was very poorly made of a very hard material with a very rough finish that cut straight through my skin. Pretty much useless!

Excellent
I already have one but needed a slimmer leg support that will fit in my boots and the straps won't bulge out. It's comfortable, it's slim and absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for helping me with your amazing foot drop splint. I'm really impressed š

Uncomfortable
This is a fantastic product for anyone with drop foot it does what itās meant to do stop your foot from dropping so you can walk reasonably normal. And itās fairly subtle unlike nhs ones. BUT and itās a very big BUT unless you want heels that get completely shredded and end up with a lump on your heel where it rubs donāt get it. Iāve tried countless padding and foam to stick on and pad it to make it comfortable and then with in a few days theyāve come off and itās back to painful again. I stand all day so I need something that is comfortable. Itās a shame as all they have to do is pad it themselves or use a better material and then it would be a fantastic product. But wouldnāt recommend as so uncomfortable. And makes your foot and ankle swell terrible.

Edges of insole stuck painfully into my foot.
Didnāt work for me.The edges of the insole come up too high and are very sharp and stuck into my foot causing acute pain as soon as I put my weight on the foot.I couldnāt walk one step in them so the product is useless for my needs.

Rubbish
Beware of items with a no return policy. It's no wonder there is a no return policy on this item. The manufacturers know it's rubbish. Although I found it did aid my foot drop when I tested it, I realized that it was absolutely impractical to wear. Why? because of the plastic cutting into my heel which caused me pain and discomfort the moment i put tjhe splint on. The purpose of the item is to help you walk long term. Imagine how much damage you would cause your heel as that plastic cuts into your heel over long term use. So i tried to put a sock on before the brace. The result - the same. The plastic still cut into my heel. Conclusion: If you have foot drop and want additional foot problems like permanent nerve damage to the heel, this product is for you. Once again, Beware of sellers with a no return policy

Great product
Very pleased with the comfort & Support this orthotic has given my foot drop. It not only stops my foot from dropping forward but also prevents it from dropping inwards and I can feel it supporting my instep as well. I mostly wear Fitflop size 38UK trainers and the small size orthotic (37-38 ) fits in them perfectly. Thank you so much.

So, it's come to an AFO
Slightly nervous about buying one beforehand. Severe knee injury 2 months ago has left me with foot drop from what is quite possibly a ruptured peroneal nerve. Bad timing. I could not fulfill all my best man duties for my friends wedding but I at least wanted to be in shoes for his wedding photos. I was nervous about the sizing guide as it seemed a tad amateur - I'm a size 9 - one of the largest they do. But, I bit the bullet and ordered one.Sizes really are as advertised - first time I've ever been an extra large!! I would advise shoes with laces though. With limited muscles left in my leg/foot area, I had to force my foot into the shoe with my hands - so the extra space from laces was invaluable. The AFO is of a generic mold so was never going to be comfortable and even the finish round the edges is a tad slap-dash. I used some fine sand-paper to smooth down the edges just in case it caught my leg or damaged my shoes.I realise so far this does not make for a great read! HOWEVER ... the feeling of normality this gave me was priceless. Over two months since I have worn shoes or even proper clothes. I was able to walk around with the use of my walking stick and feel normal again. They are slightly restricting in your movement but I myself was not in a position to be running around! I appreciate the reasons people will purchase these will vary from case to case, but I can only comment from my own experience. I wore this from midday until 1am. I was a little sore and would definitely recommend socks!.

Very poor fit and non-returnable
This item is very low quality and despite ordering the correct size, when I put it on, the āsoleā part of it is much too long and impossible to fit into my trading shoe unless itās cut down. It also points off to one side, no matter which position your foots in. I tried to return it despite only having tried it on and it being much too big but Amazon will not allow returns on this item. Save your money and buy something else as this is in my opinion not fit for purpose and quite poorly made.
