Best pens for marking

When I got the pen the ink ran out really quickly- but these refills are excellent- have used the pen just as much but still in the first refill

Smooth to write with
I bought these refills to get more like out of pentel roller ball, these are genuine pentel refills but without the box packaging (came as individual refills). Nevertheless they are of equal quality and write smoothly without scratching. Delivered by the first quoted date so its five stars for me.
