Worms Revolution Collection - PlayStation 3 PS3 Edition

This collection is a superb value with two games and 7 DLC packs, each of which contain multiple missions/puzzles. Even though I had not played Worms at all previously, I found myself addicted to this game very quickly. Before I knew it, hours have passed me by and I keep itching to play "just one more level!". Highly recommended for all fans of strategy games!Edit on 8/2 - After trying several times on many of the missions, I realize now that the game is artificially too difficult. Being an experienced gamer, I should have been able to beat these levels after 20+ tries. I'm taking away 1 star as a result; a bit disappointed that I will not be able to get access to all the content!

I got this game for my best friend's birthday, and three of us had a ball playing multiplayer. Honestly, I wouldn't want to play it any other way. The controls can be finicky and are hard to get used to at first, but that just adds to how ridiculous the game is. Don't take yourself (or the game) too seriously, and it's an incredible amount of fun with your friends. Not sure about single-player mode, but multiplayer is definitely worth it.

When my sons were in elementary school we found the original Worms video game. My sons and I laughed so hard while having those little worms kill each other off. The game became a legend in our home and we were sad when we couldn't find it for other players. Now my sons are grown and the whole family rented a cabin to celebrate the Christmas holiday. I brought the Worms Revolution that I bought and I was the Queen of Christmas. You should have seen grown men acting like little children again as they blow each other's worms to bits. My new daughter in law thought we had all gone mad.

I like some of the new weapons but overall I liked the older games better. This new game has a lot of things you can interact with in the background but it's not the same. Plus water doesn't kill the worms. You slowly lose life while underwater. I know this sounds sadistic but I liked knocking a worm off the edge into the water and drowning them. The prod is my favorite.

I received Worms, the revolution collection, game a few days ago. There is a problem with the game: After you install it onto you PS3, it tells you that you have to update to version 1.02. After you update it, it directs you to the playstation store to renew (repurchase) the game. At that point, the game is unplayable. I ended up re-installing the game from the disc and not updating the game. This works fine for single player, but disallows you from playing multi-player online (which requires the updated version). Maximum games needs to fix the update so that it doesn't request that you buy the update when you've purchased the disc version of the game. I've played older versions of this game, and it is a lot of fun: but it's worth 1 star until the update gets fixed.

No longer let's you create teams to play with your friends and game mechanics have changed the only up side is you get worms 2 Armageddon which comes in second to the original worms Armageddon.

Everything is alright quick shipping good product
