Didn't notice any difference
I didn't necessarily dislike this product, I just didn't notice a difference in my energy levels. I'm vegan but perhaps I'm not deficient in B vitamins as I thought I was! I really like grounded as a brand though and I think if I continued with them for more than a month maybe I would feel better.
