Q: I really like the look and sound of mininova,korg microkorg-s, is a close contender, any pros and cons of both?

Its really going to be a personal taste thing as they both target the same market Korg fans and novation fans may buy through loyalty but if you have a sensitive ear you can distingish the filter and tone colours. From a performance point of view the novation can open creative paths whereas the korg would prove more traditional muso playing style. Connectivity and shelf life has to be considered.
