They are good quality minerals.

After reading books that recommended these supplements for osteoporosis I decided to buy them. Previously I was taking a lot of the ingredients separately but not some of the minerals and this offers a simpler more balanced way. Yes they are relatively expensive but probably not more so than taking the ingredients separately. It is empowering to take charge of the disease rather than let it take control of you and I believe this is ONE of the ways of doing so. I personally still need to take a few other supplements but I will certainly take these for another year or two until I have my next bone density scan. With these, orthodox medicine, a different diet and strength building exercise I am confident that I can reverse it. Watch this space.

Much better than the horrible chalky calcium carbonate I was taking before, hopefully they will help my osteoporosis over time.

I was going upstairs on all fours or in public needed a stick, permanent pain. Started taking on hols in France and assumed the improvement was warm weather seeing as it was within two days of starting tablets . The improvement was still evident after a fortnight back in damp cool Yorkshire….. and a month later I’m running upstairs! No stick, no crawling. It’s not completely better and probably won’t be …. But it’s absolutely tiny by comparison! Honestly!

This supplement has great absorption and from an excellent supplement company . As a nutritional Therapist I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.

Apart from the ingredients being very beautifully combined to address osteoporosis, when I started taking one capsule just before bedtime my leg cramps ceased, for which I am very grateful. I think it's the magnesium which does it.

I have only just started taking this supplement so it is too soon to tell, the capsules seem to have good ingredients so fingers crossed.

Have used this seller over the past year and the product always arrives quickly and well packed ! I have great faith in this product .
