Didnt include motivation 🤔 but great game
What an optimistic idea it was to buy this. The cards are great, the concept is great, my motivation could do with some work. I will endeavour to use this game for its intended use and not as a centrepiece on the coffee table 👍

Some much needed fun in the way of playing a game!
I've never personally been a fan of using cards to determine a workout, although I do see the value it adds... Some much needed fun in the way of playing a game! This is exactly what HIIT The Game By Stack 52 brings to the table (or gym if you like). HIIT as I'm sure you'll already be aware stands for high intensity interval training. If you're unfamiliar with HIIT, I'll briefly sum it up for you... The idea is that you complete intense bursts of exercise at maximum effort in short intervals, followed by a rest interval. For example, 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest, then repeat. Studies have shown HIIT to be very effective in burning fat, muscle development and improving overall fitness levels. Some personal trainers have for a long time, used playing cards to add some fun to workouts. A certain card is associated with a certain exercise, meaning your workout is built on the cards you pull. Stack 52 have stepped up by creating a card game to meet this very need which incorporates bodyweight exercises into a pretty interesting card game. Included in the box is a huge stack of exercise cards each containing a bodyweight exercise. Each of the exercise cards have a name, photo, description, points value and a code in which you can scan for an exercise demonstration video, pretty cool ehh? There's also 2 dice, a set of interval cards, draw cards and strategy cards included. This game would be ideal to take on the road as the box is pretty small and of course, no equipment is needed! Playing the game is pretty straight forward with no complicated rules that some card games like to introduce. You can view some rules on the Stack 52 website or even use the cards and make up your own rules. Roll the dice to determine the number of rounds you'll complete, deal a draw card for the number of exercises per round, pull an interval card, draw the exercise cards and finally... GET IT DONE! No real learning curve, it's very much pick up and play. Don't think for one minute that this makes for an easy workout! As long as you really push yourself, it's very much the opposite! In all honesty, it really does make your HIIT session pretty fun. Adding a points system and playing with a friend or group adds some friendly competition to the mix... If you're working out solo, keep your scores and try to better them! Don't forget to include the strategy cards for some punishing (or rewarding) twists. PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED AND REVIEWED. I DID NOT RECEIVE A FREE PRODUCT OR PAYMENT IN EXCHANGE FOR THIS REVIEW.

Friends + Fit = Fun
Really fun game that gets you doing some HIIT cardio workouts, it's ideal for people with a competitive nature to get a good cardio workout while challenging your friends. The exercise selection is good and if you do some of the higher timed intervals and pick a lot of exercise cards you can get a good workout.

Good but only includes 52 exercises
Good quality cards with an excellent variety of exercises. I was however disappointed to find that the 2 packs of exercise cards are identical so you only get 52 exercises to choose from.

Absolutely love it, it was a considered purchase as it ...
Absolutely love it, it was a considered purchase as it is quite expensive IMO but we absolutely love it and it has been worth every penny. It has definitely put the fun into exercise as I play with my husband and we are very competitive so we really fight against each other to get the best score. It is also good fun on your own, you know what you have to do and every day is different. The cards are easy to read and the free downloadable app makes timing easy. We have also found we can use other Stack 52 cards with it too and have just added our own points to each exercise.

Fun present!
Bought this game for my boyfriend, who is in the process of becoming a personal trainer, and so loves the gym. So far we have used this game as a warm up, and on days when we can't get to the gym. It's fun and easy to understand, great product!

È un gioco che mi piace. Lo uso per fare brevi allenamenti cardio con resistenza muscolare a corpo libero. Si può giocare anche con un amico. Ci sono tutti gli esercizi necessari per un buon allenamento total body. Un po' costoso.

Gute Abwechsung in meinem tgl. Trainingsprogramm gut beschrieben und tolle Videos mittels Handy abrufbar. Eine HIIT Zeituhr fürs Handy ist sehr empfehlenswert

My son is a competitive youth baseball player, and when I saw this game I thought it would be fun for him (10yrs old) to stay in shape for ball. He loves it! We only use it a couple times a week right now, but its a fun way to push each other!

Great concept and easy to set up a quick circuit. I personally would love more exercise cards and instead you get 2 cards of each exercise. If there were 1 of each exercise and more exercise cards it would be an easy 4-5 stars
