Hi! I’ve now opened and used this product, twice. It was not good grey-cover the first time, so I’ve tried it again today. Again, it’s not covered my “greys” to the shade I previously received from the original product. If you’ve not opened yours, I suggest you return it.

No you need pre-lightened hair for this shade. Use a colour chart (google can help) to find a suitable shade.
