First time I used one of these for my annual diabetic urine test the practice nurse told me they would have to transfer it to a different container as these are not the ones specified for their samples. They may be used by some but I would check first before buying.

As you no longer get this size urine container from the doctors and they cost 65p each from the pharmacist I find this way is a lot cheaper it’s also handy having the final say you can do it directly into the pot

I used these bottles when I had a UTI and wanted to check that my infection had gone. They are the perfect siZe and the funnel thing makes the process a whole lot easier. My GP told me it’s wise to have some of these bottles at home to take samples to the surgery if an infection is suspected again so I’m all set -I also bought some of the sample sticks so that I can confirm the infection myself if needed.
